Our basic approach to working with individuals and organizations has evolved from our backgrounds in restorative justice, conflict resolution, and mediation. We believe that every person is a valuable contributor to the larger community, and that the community's best chance at realizing its creative potential occurs when connections between individuals are healthy and productive.
