PLEASE JOIN US for this 4-part, interactive virtual series in which you will learn basic restorative principles, become familiar with core elements of restorative leadership, and have opportunities to reflect on and practice these concepts with a community of peers. Session topics are as follows:
Session 1: Restorative Principles
Learn about the 5 “R’s” - Respect, Relationship, Responsibility, Repair, and Reintegration - and how integrating them into your leadership practice creates wholistic communication that enables change
Session 2: Power & People
Explore the difference between “power over” and “power with,” and discover how you can shift your thinking about “influence” to amplify your own and others’ strengths.
session 3: Curiosity & wonder
Most of us have a lifetime of experience that ends up being internally coded as a set of operating assumptions. We will examine the advantages of disassembling those assumptions, and help you develop a framework of curiosity that sheds new light on current and long-standing problems and areas of stagnation.
session 4: conflict, the restorative way
Experience how approaching conflict and problem-solving using restorative principles fosters the growth of relationships within a context of respect, and leads towards more robust outcomes for all.
“Change happens when we make room for it”
